How to Order
DVDs and videos may be purchased or rented on line (order form or e-mail), or by letter, telephone, or fax. We accept purchase orders, checks or credit cards.

Orders may be placed on our secure website.

Shipping and Handling Fee
In addition to the price listed for each title, there is a shipping and handling fee of $15 for the first title, and $5 for each additional title in the same shipment. Extra charges apply for expedited and overseas shipment.

Rights
Titles purchased from Filmakers Library at the institutional rate come with public performance rights for non-commercial and educational exhibition when no admission fee is charged. Inquire about rights for Canada and countries outside of North America.

Rentals
Fees quoted are for classroom use for one-time use when there is no admission charged. Multiple showings within a three-day period are charged an additional 50% of the rental. Films rented for a week are billed at double the rental charge. Please inquire for rates for large public showings, or where admission is charged. All rental films should be returned by UPS or insured mail.

Rental Towards Purchase
One rental fee may be applied toward the purchase price if the title is purchased within 60 days of rental.

Cancellation
Cancellations of rental orders must be received at least a week before shipping date, or the charge will not be waived.

Replacement Policy
Damaged videos or DVDs will be replaced without charge within three months of delivery. For replacement after that time, please inquire.

Multiple Copies
If you need several copies of the same title, discounts are available. Please inquire.

Previews
Previews are available to institutions that have purchased from us before. There is a charge of $15 for shipping and handling.
